Description
Silica Sand is the standard filter media for swimming pool sand filters. The graded silica particles trap dirt, debris, and fine particles as pool water passes through the sand bed. One 40kg bag fills a 1-bag filter.
For larger filters, you need multiple bags :
2 bags for a 2-bag filter (80kg),
3 bags for a 3-bag filter (120kg),
4 bags for a 4-bag filter (160kg)
